Legal framework
Personal data processing for commercial enquiries to the studio falls under the general framework of Moldova’s Law 195/2024 on personal data protection, as amended. This policy describes processing through the portfolio and contact form.
What we use and why
When you request a call, we collect your name and phone number to respond and discuss a potential project at your request. We also record the date, form language and request identifier. A temporary identifier derived from your IP address limits abuse; the application does not store the raw IP in the request. Providing your details is optional, but we cannot call you without them. We do not use these details for newsletters or advertising.
Legal basis and access
Responding to a project enquiry serves steps before entering a contract at your request. Abuse prevention serves the legitimate interest of securing the service, with data minimisation. Access is restricted to authorised studio personnel and necessary providers. We do not conduct profiling or automated decisions with legal effects.
Providers and transfers
Requests are stored on the studio’s server. Once enabled, the name and phone number are sent through Telegram to a studio chat as a notification. Resend is disabled by default; if enabled, a copy may be emailed to the studio. These providers may process data outside Moldova. Before activation, the studio must document provider roles, countries, processing arrangements and the applicable transfer mechanism. Notifications must remain disabled until that review is complete.
Retention
The application is configured to delete contact requests from the server after 180 days through a scheduled task. Rate-limit identifiers expire after one hour. Copies in Telegram, email accounts, server logs and backups have separate deletion mechanisms; the studio must establish retention periods and procedures for them. Records relating to a later contract are handled separately under applicable obligations.
Your rights
You may request information and access, correction, deletion, restriction and, where applicable, portability or object to processing. Consent-based processing can be withdrawn for the future. Send requests to [email protected]. We will verify identity proportionately and respond within the applicable period. You may complain to Moldova’s National Center for Personal Data Protection: datepersonale.md.
Browsing and updates
The portfolio contains no analytics, advertising pixels or remotely loaded third-party fonts. The hosting server may process technical security logs. Project websites open only when you choose their links and have their own policies. This policy is updated when processing changes.
